Scope of Services

MARSHALING
Includes receipt of cargo at our warehouse, tally against the Suppliers' packing slip and Consignees' Purchase Order. Discrepancies are reported, cargo is then sorted and held until all Shipping criteria is met.

CONSOLIDATION
Orders from various suppliers can be combined and forwarded to you as a single shipment.

DOCUMENTATION
All Export and Import documents required by the American and the CARICOM Authorities, are  accurately prepared by ZAPCARGO then delivered to the Consignee along with, or in advance of each shipment.

INSURANCE
Full Cargo Coverage, "Warehouse to Warehouse" including Air, Marine and Land transportation, for each shipment under the control of ZAPCARGO is available.

CARGO DISTRIBUTION
All Cargo is delivered from PRIVATE BONDED WAREHOUSES at port of final destination. Additional Services available include:

WAREHOUSING, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, LOCAL TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY.

AIR CARGO
Utilizing the combined schedules of all Air Carriers we can handle your cargo FROM ALL POINTS OF THE WORLD and quickly forward on one of the daily scheduled flights.

OCEAN CARGO
WEEKLY SAILINGS from Miami, Houston and Toronto of FULL CONTAINER, LESS THAN CONTAINER, and BULK SHIPMENTS. We operate on a system ensuring that released cargo is shipped on the NEXT VESSEL OUT.

AIRCRAFT & VESSEL CHARTERS
Exclusive use, or partial use, Ocean Vessel and Aircraft Trip Charters may be arranged by advance request. Charters are costed on a liner in/free out basis. Port Stevedoring and Airport Handling services can be performed by our company at destination.
