implements ("OASIS") Ocean Air Shipping Information Systems, to provide
computerized documentation, data recall, statistical information, and online cargo tracing
capabilities. |

Zapcargo Services, Houston
was opened to better service our growing clientele in the Energy and Petrochemical
industries. |

Zapcargo Services, Toronto
was opened to provide a point of service from Canada. |

Zapcargo Services, Miami
re-located to new and improved state of the art warehouse facilities. "OASIS"
systems upgraded. |

& Tobago assumed the function of full handling agent. This resulted in the substantial
reduction of the use of third party services and so a speedier, more efficient and
